New feature (increment MINOR version)

Is your feature request related to a problem?

It would be nice for Global Time Series to have model-vs-model plots, as seen in E3SM Diags. This would be useful to the Land team.

Add model-vs-model plotting functionality to the Global Time Series plots (after #616 is merged).
