upgrade library dependency #74

Because of known CVEs, the following library dependency must be upgraded:

o Xalan to 2.7.2
o commons-httpclient to 4.5.1
o standard taglibs to 1.2.5

and in the process upgrade spring libraries to 4.2.3 and spring-security libraries to 4.0.3.
