Editing this Wiki

• Wiki pages can be edited either on the github wiki page or via a cloned repository https://github.com/ESMCI/cime.wiki.git

• New pages created via wiki editor will be in the top level but can be moved to a subdirectory using "git mv" in the cloned repository

• Note that if you change the name of a file in a subdir using the wiki editor, the new file will also be in the top level directory.

• Pages should be named with dashes between words. The page name will be rendered without dashes.

• If adding a new page which should be at the top level, add it to the sidebar

• For User or Developer documenation:

  • When creating a new page, be sure to select reStructuredText from the Edit mode: dropdown
  • When creating a new page with a text editor in a clone of the repo, use the .rest file suffix
