Yea i have the same issue, I have to Disable/enable GameactivityControl everytime i load discord if SpotifyControl is on !

That's because some plugin is interfering with the button drawing after it has been created -probably some that use BDFDB lib-, I suggest you take a look at my hotfix Pull Request.
