Future of this plugin code base

This is a bit of a fork of the discussion I started over at IITC-CE/ingress-intel-total-conversion#778. It has just taken me this long to get back to it.

While this is the original code base, @DanielOndiordna's fork is the one that is currently hosted on the Community plugins page.

Both of you have volunteered to accept changes. And, at first blush, it looks like both code bases have had changes since the initial fork a few years back.

So, as someone who wants to make use of this plugin and make some adjustments to it, I'm unsure how to proceed.

Would you be willing to do the necessary to get this version listed as a community plugin? Would you be willing to merge in the features built on that fork (and others) back into this code base, effectively becoming the "official" version?

Or would it make more sense to go with @DanielOndiordna's version since it is already registered and has more changes (whether they are new features, fixes, or what, I really haven't investigated yet).
