Trouble compiling ev-resetPassword-repo amp

When running the "mvn clean package" under project-code/ev-resetPassword-repo/, I am getting this error output:

I am running this on a windows system, so I initially thought it was simply a problem with windows. However, I also attempted compiling it on a Linux machine and I received the same error.

I have not used Maven in the past, and don't know enough about POM files to debug this problem, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
