New Feature: Pre-select folders for emails

It could be nice to pre-specify that certain emails should already be placed in certain folders at the start of the study. If this is done, the following must also be implemented:

• If emails are planned to "arrive" after a certain time, admins must be able to choose in which folder they should arrive; specify inbox as default.
