access to EnvO concept URLs broken

Hi, We are using EnvO URLs in some of our mappings and some links are broken - please see e.g. http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/ENVO_00010505

This is an ontobee issue - however, ontobee has frequent downtime. I suggest we redirect our PURLs to OLS or BioPortal, what do you think @pbuttigieg @matentzn?

FYI, BioPortal is unable to support redirects to individual classes. There is a recent thread on their support email list about it https://mailman.stanford.edu/pipermail/bioontology-support/2024-December/013765.html

I was trying to set this up for CMECS and am still looking for a good solution.
