Action Performed:

1. Pay for something with my e-card
2. Forward the email receipt to receipts@
3. As Approver open a submitted report

Expected Result:

A single-expense report should display the full details view rather than an expense preview.

Actual Result:

The report incorrectly uses the multi-expense preview layout despite containing only one expense.
The system message "added a receipt" may suggest that the report incorrectly detects multiple expenses.
