Looks like a possibly corrupted region image file. Can you do a couple of things please:

1. Check your client's latest.log and debug.log file for errors from FTB Chunks when the map containing the blank region is loaded.
2. I need a blockpos from any position within that blank region (to get the region coordinates, which can be mapped to the region image files that FTB Chunks stores for the region).
