Website fail

I am not too sure what you are trying to do with that scroll effect but it is a proper fail on chrome v43, had to scroll like a monkey just to get the first section to display

completely different website fail: http://famo.us/angular does not seem to work at all now. Have been checking for last couple of days. Reaching server but getting 503 error. Is there a new link to the famous angular page?
