Move portrait commands have their bytes reversed in python script #4

Thanks to Contro, I've discovered that the move portrait commands in parsefile-utf8.py are defined with their bytes the wrong way around, this causes any text event using them to be skipped.

This may also extend to the blinking and toggle commands etc, but I haven't tested.

I'm not sure what kind of problem this is but the conversation seems work properly for now. Can you describe the problem in detail?
