Scatterer sunflare dissapears away from a window in the Planetside PT-M100C command module

Repro:

1. Install FreeIVA
2. Install PlanetsideExplorationTechnologies
3. Place a PT-M100C command module in orbit and orient it so the window faces the sun
4. Enter FreeIVA and move away from the window
5. Observe the bug

Does this occur with stock sunflares? What about without deferred? I suspect the bug is actually in one of those mods.

Will check those specifics tomorrow, it is definitely something to do with the way planetside is set up as the stock MK1-3 did not have the same problem

This bug is specific to the scaterrer sunflare, it doesn't happen with the stock sunflare. but it does happen without deferred.
