Assign captains to teams

When a pickup game is started the bot should assign 2 captains that will be able to select teammates

Example
!start queueName -captains

How is this supposed to work?
Should the bot just assign 2 random players as captains and setup 2 voice channels then relinquish control or should this be have a more structured approach?

Should this be initiated by the current !start <queue name> but with the addition of a captain flag e.g. !start <queue name> captains ?

I'd suggest designating captains via a command, and then using a !pick command that only those users can use, with the bot mediating the process. Once the teams are picked, the !start command is available.
