vanilla music cannot play opus music files opened from fossify file manager #110

How did you install the app?

F-Droid / IzzyOnDroid

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Install "Vanilla Music" from fdroid
  2. Get any music file in opus format (extension .opus)
  3. Open Fossify file manager
  4. Open the opus file (eventually using "open with" feature)

Expected behavior

Vanilla Music shows a dialog that ask to play the opus file

Actual behavior

Vanilla Music does not show any dialog and crashes

No issue:

  • if the opus files is opened through the stock file manager
  • with .mp3 files

Just installed auxio and there's no issue

It seems to be an issue with Vanilla Music. I've tested on two phones, and both were able to run opus file in it without any problems.
