List of users in chat not scrolling

Could just be me, did local troubleshooting shy of reinstalling addon.

Clicking the Community button on the top of chat to see the users in the chat does not scroll up and down via the scroll bar or mouse's mwheel up/down.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
