LibPack-0.21 Version 2.8.3 RC1

This is an updated LibPack for the FreeCAD 0.21 release series.
(Tested with Microsoft Visual C++ (community edition) 2022.)

Changes to LibPack version 2.7:

• updated to OpenSSL 3.0.9 and 1.1.1u
• updated to Gmsh 4.11

Note: for Python OpenSSL 1.1 is still used because of the used Python version 3.8.10.

LibPack-0.20 Version 2.8.2

This is an updated LibPack for the FreeCAD 0.20 release series.
(Tested with Microsoft Visual C++ (community edition) 2022.)

This LibPack is LibPack version 1.0 with these changes:

• updated to OCC 7.6.2 + the patches from Blobfish: https://gitlab.com/blobfish/occt
• updated to NetGen 6.2.2105
• Netgen was build without support for the AVX2 CPU instruction set in order to support older PCs
• updated to Gmsh 4.10.3

(LibPack versions 2.x are with OCC 7.6.x, versions 1.x are with OCC 7.5.x)

LibPack-0.20 Version 2.5

This is a LibPack used for the beta release of FreeCAD 0.20.

Tested with Microsoft Visual C++ (community edition) 2019 and 2022.

Background info:
This LibPack is LibPack version 1.0 with these changes:

• updated to OCC 7.6.2 + the patches from Blobfish: https://gitlab.com/blobfish/occt
• updated to NetGen 6.2.2105
