When targeting an ability, the viable targets should be displayed with colored hexagon outlines under.
If a target is hovered, those hexagons should become filled without glowing anymore like the active unit.

@ShaneWalsh Cool, this is one of those little glitches that's currently stopping me from playtesting the development version with new people xD
