There could be a way to report bugs from the game itself perhaps.

Screenshot could be also generated from the player's client and be included in the report itself https://github.com/niklasvh/html2canvas - http://html2canvas.hertzen.com

Tool could collect:

browser
OS
match settings
match log
screenshot
feedback

Match settings could maybe get integrated in the log itself, meaning there should be a way to play a log without starting the game first.

The tool could either be part of the UI, menus or some browser addon.
