Add tags to videos to filter/search on

I am missing sorting possibilities for the videos, would be good if it was possible to sort on title, date added, etc

Issue Description

Preconditions

No preconditions, just start using the application

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in
2. Try to filter classes based on tags attributed to the videos

Actual and Expected Result

Expected:
Be able to search on attributes other than the video/course description

eg courses could have a tag like "beginner", "advanced", "intermediate"
if you could search on those keywords, you would get more accurate results for what you are
searching for.

Tag search could eg be taken into account if you put a # in front of the term in the search bar

Actual:
Presence of tags is not visible thus searching will probably not work

This is more a suggestion than a bug but would be very helpful
