[ISSUE] - Missing recipes for important furniture

Missing recipes for:

• Most wooden trapdoors, buttons, and pressure plates, but there are exceptions
  • Undergarden woods work
  • Biomes o' Plenty woods work
  • Aether woods work
  • Vanilla woods have no recipes, however
• Create doors
• 'Dustrial Decor doors
• Supplementaries' gold door

Vanilla wood doors do still have recipes for normal doors; it's just the buttons, trapdoors, and pressure plates that have obvious problems.

Most of these issues have already be resolved in dev, a lot of content from 'Dustrial Decor and Create Deco are currently getting rewrites.

Should be fixed for next 0.4.X
