MINOR Silk screen descriptions:

  • As the firmware refers to a 24 ring LEDs it would be nice to have all LEDs labeled from D1 to D24, now it is D1-12 and D24-D35 according to the picture.
  • The mics 1 to 4 are in North, East, South and West positions
    • The switches 1 to 4 are West, North, East and South
    • Would look nicer if there is some rule, start north and clockwise

Some LEDs are only useful during debugging or flashing but waste while operating

  • The POWER and IO45 LEDs are never seen in operation when attached to the HAT
  • Also D20 3.3V and D21 5V may not been seen when installed.
    • Defiantly not in the sealing.
Maybe some solder pads could "disable" these LEDs during operation? Maybe also a dumb idea for me.

The ESP32 WiFi antenna is placed nicely with no PCB underneath it. Are these pictures of the CORE one the same iteration? The up side with all components has 3 mounting holes with nice WiFI antenna space, while the bottom image shows 4.

Main question is how does the HAT disturb/interfere with the WiFi signal of the CORE?
Above the WiFi antenna is the HAT PCB and then depending on the mmW sensor also that one above.
I could imagine that the WiFi signal in a concrete sealing mount may have some issues with the HAT and mmW sensor.
