Code in gcmt_utils.py and gcmt_catalogue.py duplicates part of what's in https://github.com/gem/oq-engine/blob/master/openquake/hmtk/seismicity/gcmt_catalogue.py and https://github.com/gem/oq-engine/blob/master/openquake/hmtk/seismicity/gcmt_utils.py. Now that they are in the same suite we should find a way to homogenise them.
