Would it be possible to create some tags/release versions for the thirdPartyLibs repo, so it matches the GEOSX releases?
Right now, GEOSX's latest tagged version is 0.2.0, which explicitly requires Conduit 0.5.0, for instance.
Unfortunately, the TPL repo now contains Conduit 0.8.2, which breaks building linearAlgebra.
I know GEOS-DEV/GEOS#1874 has been recently merged, but it's not in any GEOSX release yet, so as of today, one can't build GEOSX 0.2.0 using the TPL repo, since dependency version don't match.
it would be great to tag the TPL repo alongside GOESX releases, so both could be checked out at the same, compatible level.
Thanks!
