FindBaselibs.cmake does not find the HDF5 fortran interfaces, as netCDF does not use them.

We have a kludge in ldas, but a better solution is desired in the long run. Ideally this will be properly fixed in ecbuild and then we just do

find_package (hdf5 ...)
