no N_males_immature output (or females) from TPL

TPL has lots of N_... matrices output to rep file, but not for immature numbers. It might be more efficient to output the d4_N array (numbers-at-size by year and group) to the rep file and extract relevant combination(s) or aggregations using a gmr function. Haven't looked yet, but this might also be useful for outputting predicted biomass-at-size and catch-at-size.
