What/Why

As a CM, I want to see Evaluation progress stats on the Submission detail view.

Acceptance Criteria

Requirements from Submission Detail section on #79

  • Number of assigned evaluators
  • Evaluations due date
  • Number of completed evaluations
  • Number of in progress evaluations
  • Number of not started evaluations
  • Average score (if all evaluations for that submission are completed)

Disregard the following if this work does not include any UI changes

  • WAVE screenshot
  • Automated a11y tests (axe-rspec specs)
  • Keyboard accessibility (tab navigation, form interactions)
  • Responsiveness at desktop and mobile

@stepchud / @stonefilipczak Moving this to blocked due to current design complexities. Implementation of evaluation summary/dashboard on the split submission detail view will be reconsidered with the future (MMP) design.
