<html> tag can't be contained by <div id="tc_code"> so maybe need a way to manually enter the Code section?

temporary workaround - enclosed code snip in a comment so something will display.

See TC15.1-2-fail-1 as example in PR #85

option is to create a test case layout that does not JavaScript/fetch to pull code into iframe
