User Story
As a member of the federal challenge & prize community, I want to connect with other challenge managers to learn leading practices and share open innovation experiences.

Acceptance Criteria
Monthly office hours are held.

Pre-event

  • Choose topic
  • Send invites to speakers
  • Draft invite
  • Send invite to Listserv
  • Create a calendar invitation
  • Approve registrations
  • Download registrations
  • Updated calendar invite with registrations as needed
  • Send reminder the day before

Event

  • Approve any last minute registrations
  • Open Zoom meeting 5 minutes before
  • Assign co-host as needed
  • Take attendance
  • Take notes

Post event

  • Report out
  • Write summary content for blog
  • Blog approval
  • Publish blog
