It would be really beneficial to have user research with:

  • procurement officers
  • contracting officers
  • vendors
  • existing VPAT authors

on the ACR process. You'd probably also get different answers from within government, as a large central agency might have a different approach than a smaller regional department.

The better we understand the user, the easier adoption will be.
