Help to better visualize the roadmap

The roadmap for this project and related initiatives would be better told with a few visualizations.

We have some for the editor here #110

It is in too much detail for a true wireframe, but it is what we were initially talking about in terms of starting with the W3C's WCAG-EM tool.

The roadmap is defined, but doesn't tell the story particularly well. To get better adoption it would be useful to explain how this will affect people who currently are involved in the procurement process.

Even some images from thenounproject.com may be useful.

Two slides might help to visualize this:

• one to visual show/briefly describe what each component will do
• another to highlight the roadmap (e.g. ACR Viewer, Directory Listing, ACR Editor etc.)

Nudged this ahead, but the ROADMAP.md will need more work. Noticed that the icons are completely useless in Dark mode. Might need to pull down the SVG files and make sure there is an option for GitHub.

Anyways, more to do before we can close this issue.
