Integreate with the GSA Accessibility Requirements Tool (ART)

Would be really powerful to be able to take a machine-readable export of the requirements defined as part of DART:
https://www.dhs.gov/xlibrary/oast/DART/

This has been transitioned to the GSA under Section508.gov now:
https://www.section508.gov/buy/accessibility-requirements-tool/

This could be incorporated into comparison tool so that procurement officers could easily be able to see if all of the client requirements have been met. If a procurement officer is evaluating a web project, there should be no need to check for the software/hardware components of 508.
