Any aspect of OpenACR
The directory viewer covers a lot of what we are needing for a simple view, but the GSA's needs are ultimately are a bit more complicated.
Starting from a list of repositories with ACRs, the GSA will need to be able to pull down the latest YAML files (along with any HTML/CSS/Markdown that might come with that)
This might be part of the git repo for the main project (for Drupal perhaps it is under /CORE/opat/ for instance within the main git repo)
Then those files must be organized and searchable.
Most importantly though, a procurement officer should be able to not just get the latest version of the ACR, but the version for a particular release. If there are branches specified for a 9.2.1 release, then it would be great to be able to expose that in the document listing and with a document comparison tool.
We would also want to be able to compare Drupal 9.2.1 with Drupal 9.2 to see if Drupal has gotten more accessible with each release. Each project may want to do it differently, but it would seem that each major release should have its own stand-alone OpenACR (previously OPAT) file.
It would also be important to be able to obviously compare specific versions of Drupal, Joomla and Moodle for instance to highlight differences and suggest which one might be more accessible.
