When filling guard cell data with an AMR grid and the neighboring block is at a more course refinement level interpolation is needed.

alentner@ -- grab the appropriate slice of data and call to numpy interpolate

Should provide a more general handling of refinement jump planes in guard data filling -- changed to feature request
