Option to replace original file

Hey, great little utility. It is just what I was looking for. Can you add an option to replace the original file instead of generating a new .patched file? Something like -replace-original?

Also, the readme could use an example of how to launch the tool. I wasted some time before figuring out:
patcher.exe -input <File Name> -config <Config File.json>
