[Feature]: Timestamp in GlobalChat #35

Describe your feature request or suggestion in detail

Would be nice to have ability to enable timestamp in chat, so it would look like we can do that in common chat.

Also set the time format in config like:

HH-MM
HH:MM:SS
HH:MM XM
