Create a Merge Tag to display the entry progress percentage from the Partial Entries add-on

Gravity Forms calls this status "Progress." Having a dedicated field for that in GravityView that could display the % or the icon AND a Merge Tag with the same features would be awesome.

• Add a View field to be included on the layouts (Multiple Entries, Single Entry). Add options to display the percentage (10%) or the corresponding pie chart icon.
• Add a Merge Tag that can be used on [gvlogic]. The Merge Tag should display by default the percentage.
