What Happened
The large bronze boiler (and presumably the other large boiler types) are much less fuel efficient than single block high pressure boilers.
Placing a single coal into a high pressure solid fuel boiler produces 249 buckets of steam.
Placing a single coal into an already-warm large bronze boiler produces 32 buckets of steam.
Expected Behavior
The large boiler should be at least as fuel efficient as the smaller and cheaper boilers.
