miao-plugin 暂时没有 resources/meta-zzz，要等更新吗

除此之外还有两个 bug，第一是没有默认创建 banlist.txt 导致打不开而报错，第二是当前 759 行的写法把 aliasGS 读取两遍会导致在 .split 的时候报错 TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'split')。如果需要的话我可以另开两个 issue。

250行有创建banlist，ZZZ是提前加的
