Error: "Unable to parse config: missing field `sources` at line 1 column 1" #2

I got the error below.
'sources' is not in the Configuring description in flash.toml

command

E:\project>flash.exe -i E:\project -o output
Error: "Unable to parse config: missing field `sources` at line 1 column 1"

flash.toml

project.name="z-weave"
project.version="1.0.0"
docs.include="**/*.h"
