重新制作SSL连接有关页面用以区分是因HMCL版本导致的连接异常

原因 | Reason

根据QQ群反馈部分SSL错误是因为HMCL的版本过低导致的

还有怎么还有升级启动器版本解决 ssl 连接错误的？

SSL 错误是由于 Java 版本过低导致的，和启动器无关。该功能将在 #2988 合并后统一优化一大批弹窗的提示
