is there an arxiv number or publication one can use to cite this software ?

Hi Jean-Roch,
it would be best to cite the conference proceedings from Connecting the Dots 2018, but they are not yet published. In the meantime I registered this repo with zenodo, that should work too: https://zenodo.org/record/2590226
