STORY: As the Missing Children Minnesota Executive Director, I want Kids ID app users to acknowledge the limited liability MCM holds for the data security of information stored in the app, so that I can indemnify MCM for data breach issues.

ASSUMPTION
User is launching the Kids ID app for the first time.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

  1. The first time the user launches the Kids ID app, they are shown a splash screen with a data breach indemnification statement.
  2. The user much check an acknowledgement checkbox to advance to the Login screen ( Create Login Screen #3 ).
  3. If the user does not check the acknowledgement, they cannot use the application.
  4. The acknowledgement state is stored, so the indemnification splash screen does not appear again for the user after they have acknowledged it. ( Create database schema for child profile data #34 )

REFERENCES
[Indemnification copy text is TBD from MCM lawyer.]

I am working with Bill from HTBox to see if we can get legal input regarding the wording around this.

Brian, I'm assigning this to you, as I think it is just a variation on the HTML display page, with an accept button or checkbox at the bottom.

I am still working with @BillWagner to get the content for the dialog.
