Where does the guardian list possible abductors with name, last known location, age, relation, etc?
It has been mentioned several times that ex-spouseses, estranged spouses, ex-boyfriends/girlfriends are the culprits in many of these cases.
Furthermore, non-related persons on the scene might need to be described.
So, as well as child profiles, you could have an disenfranchised/alienated people list.
