Bulk stat allocation modal cuts off the numbers on the right side

The modal should shorten the bars so the number fields fit inside, allowing you to see how many points you've allocated to each

tested again on iphone, this is still happening.

We could probably put this UI in a full screen sheet that overlays the stats screen to give it more space (similar to the report sheet).

we want to put it in a bottom sheet with the save button as a large button spanning across the bottom of the screen. remove the cancel button since you can just dismiss the sheet
