You don't need to use these files to install the plugin.
Use the XIVLauncher interface to search for and install it.

Not seeing it as a listing currently for the XIVLauncher repository. Weird because I remember it being up there not too long ago

Wish that showed on mine, that's helpful at least. Probably banned since it might have been marked as duplicate. I can confirm the SimpleTweaks works as a slide cast indicator
