Improving the response layout of the images and youtube search

The response layout of the images and youtube search is very basic now. It would be better improved more for a better and friendly view of the user.
Some suggestions: It can be improved in a better way using carousel or flex.

@ananyaarun I have already discussed @Diu2912 in this matter. She is new to coding and Github. So now she will be focusing more on improving the coding skills and get a hands-on Github, later to that she will start contributing as per the conditions and issues at that period of time.

Sure. But its good to have one issue at a time. You can work on this after you solve the other issue you had commented on. That's also a beginner issue, so will help to get familiar with the code.
