Escher JSON Data

This release includes Escher JSON files pre-loaded to create Escher maps after model creation.

You can include your own maps under the /data/local_files/maps/, or under MADRID's own folder of /data/maps/

Auto inputs

This fixes the "input_paper_rm.xlsx" that was used in past versions of the container. The container will now use the automatically generated tRNA and mRNA inputs, unless specified otherwise

Gurobi fixes

This release contains fixes for gurobi not working properly
