As a User, I want to be able to specify my Course's catalog number and share the schedule with other Users

No private information would be shown, and sharing a schedule would be an opt-in process. It would simply allow one User to pull in another Users syllabus for a Course if another User in the same class had already entered the data.

• Add a course_number field to the Course model
• Add opt-in ability for a User to make a Course available for syncing with another student
• Add ability to search for existing Course schedules and pull them in
