Issue 1 : The language automatically switches to english language when the user logout from the system.

Steps to Reproduce
a. Login with different language ,either fr or Es.
b. Logout from the website .

Actual Result : The system automatically switch to english language.
Expected Result : The system should stay in the selected language.
